Rajasthan is the largest state of India that has a tropical desert climate. The climate divided into four seasons such as summer, winter, pre-monsoon and monsoon. There are dissimilar temperature ranges in every region of the state throughout the year.


The summer season starts in the month of April while the temperature going progressively up like May, June and July. It is the hottest time of the year, the daily based maximum temperature range around 400C to 450C. Nights of the summers are very cool, the temperature falls around 200C to 300C. Mount Abu hill station of Rajasthan is only the place that has a lower temperature at this time. It is one of the favorite places in Rajasthan among the visitors.


Rajasthan has a dry climate and marked by low rainfall, It comes right after the summer between July to September. During the monsoon, high temperature goes to downwards with lots of humidity. October and November are pre-monsoon season that favorite time to explore this destination. During this time the desert nights are full of blossom.


January is the coldest month of the year, but the winter starts from December till March. In the month of January the lowest temperature of Rajasthan will be 00C to 20C in some areas like Pilani, Sikar, Churu and Bikaner.
